On September 11th, the 2023 Shandong Province "Skills Revitalizing Shandong" Vocational Skills Competition - the "Shansen CNC Cup" Provincial CNC Machine Tool Vocational Skills Competition, sponsored by the Shandong Machine Tool General Machinery Industry Association and the Shandong Provincial Defense Machinery Electronics Trade Union Committee, and organized by the Shandong Machine Tool General Machinery Industry Association and Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology, opened at Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology, 97 contestants from 35 representative teams from various cities across the province gathered at the Academy of Sciences for a technical competition.

Wang Zhijian, a third level researcher and vice chairman (presiding over the work) of the Shandong Provincial Defense Machinery and Electronics Union, Wang Anwei, a fourth level researcher of the Shandong Provincial Defense Machinery and Electronics Union, Xu Ting, a member and vice chairman of the Party Group of the Zaozhuang Federation of Trade Unions, Xie Baohua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology, Min Xiangzhai, Deputy Secretary and Dean of the Party Committee of the Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology, and Wang Guidong, Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Shandong Machine Tool General Machinery Industry Association, Zhang Shiyin, Chairman of Shandong Shansen CNC Technology Co., Ltd., and Yang Lin, the presiding judge of this competition and professor of Shandong Labor Technician College, attended the opening and closing ceremonies and provided guidance at the competition site.

And stated that as a leading high-end equipment enterprise in Shandong Province, Shan Sen CNC's naming and support for the provincial CNC machine tool vocational skills competition also reflects the responsibility and responsibility of the times. This vocational skills competition provides a platform for skilled talents to learn skills and select talents. Wishing the participating coaches and players a great style and level of competition.

This competition consists of two projects: CNC lathe workers and CNC milling workers, divided into two groups: employees (teachers) and students, and ended on September 15th. After four days of intense competition among contestants, Yang Jianbo and Xu Xiaolong from Shandong Vocational and Technical College of Labor won the first place in the CNC milling worker (teacher) group and student group, Lv Mingzhou from Yantai Qianmao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. won the first place in the CNC lathe worker (teacher) group, and Huang Baoqun from Linyi Technician College won the first place in the CNC lathe worker student group.
